General Contracting

As a full service General Contractor we have our own in house experienced carpentry staff used to perform rough carpentry, painting, drywall and cabinetry. We currently have a bonding capacity of $10M single project and $25M aggregate and our current EMR is .81. In the last five years PDSI has completed 25 projects for different federal agencies totaling over 80 million with no recordable injuries.

Design Build

As a Design-Build Contractor, PDSI is able to operate as the single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. We operate as the single-source responsibility for every aspect of a build, from estimation to post-construction. This enables us to minimize risks for the project and reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project, saving you time and money.

Construction Management

PSDI offers comprehensive Construction Management. We work closely with architects and engineers to go over plans and blueprints, making timetables for the project, determining material and labor costs, negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and workers, scheduling workers on site, gathering permits, and making sure everything is up to code.

Estimating

PDSI offers full service Estimations, including labor, materials, time requirements, blueprints, and specifications. We insure that every aspect of the job is taken into account and that all standards and codes are identified and met.

Marine Construction

PDSI is proud to offer Marine Construction. From general repair and refurbishing of docks and piers to intensive construction requiring new rebar and concrete, we are equipped to handle the job. We have the knowledge and experience to offer comprehensive testing and inspecting for structural integrity, to insure that your structure is safer than ever.
